Details

Join USD alumni, parents and Jennifer Mueller, associate professor of management in the University of San Diego School of Business, on the topic of creative change. Mueller will discuss how feeling stuck might be an indication that a creative solution is needed to problem-solve. Mueller's research shows that anyone can have a bias against creativity and not even realize it. She will explain when and why we have this bias but also identify bias warning signs and solutions to help you embrace creative ideas. Mueller's book Creative Change: Why We Resist It...How to Embrace It was recently published by Houghton Mifflin.

$10 per person includes presentation, a catered reception and networking with the USD community in Los Angeles.

Thank you to our sponsor, IDS Group, an award-winning multi-discipline design, engineering and management consulting firm based in Southern California.
