CPIL and CAI Executive Director Robert Fellmeth’s Op-Ed Published in San Francisco Chronicle: “An Open Letter to Mark Zuckerberg”

SAN DIEGO (August 26, 2019) – University of San Diego (USD) School of Law’s Center for Public Interest Law (CPIL) and Children’s Advocacy Institute (CAI) Executive Director Robert C. Fellmeth’s op-ed entitled “An Open Letter to Mark Zuckerberg” was published in the San Francisco Chronicle.

In the opinion piece, Professor Fellmeth asks Mr. Zuckerberg to change Facebook’s policies and help protect the endangered First Amendment by requiring all posts identify accurately who posts them, and have the poster attest to that identification.

Robert Fellmeth is the Price Professor of Public Interest Law at the University of San Diego School of Law, where he teaches and writes in the areas of children's rights, regulation, antitrust, and consumer law. Professor Fellmeth is also the executive director of both USD’s Center for Public Interest Law and Children's Advocacy Institute.
