Details

The Final Colombian Peace Accord was approved and passed in November, 2016. Almost two years later, where does Colombia stand in working towards positive peace? What strides has Colombia made in community peacebuilding, reintegration, and justice? What does the future hold for a national peacebuilding effort after over five decades of armed conflict? The University of San Diego and the entire San Diego community are invited to attend a two day event in which we may all reflect on these critical questions during a visit from General Álvaro Pico of the Colombian National Police and the Police Unit for the Construction of Peace (UNIPEP).
