In accordance with the best practices of the County of San Diego and the State of California, the Department of University Marketing and Communications has developed video/photography guidelines for University of San Diego employees whose work requires them to conduct in-person videography or photography sessions on campus or elsewhere.

Here you can download University of San Diego's Consent and Release Form, which authorizes the university to use your name, photograph or likeness, as well as testimonials, quotes or comments, for publicity, promotion, advertising, fundraising, administrative, academic or educational purposes.
