Zachary Green and Emily Young, both of whom work for the Nonprofit Institute at the University of San Diego, co-wrote a powerful Op-Ed that was published in the San Diego Union-Tribune on July 16.
Green is director of leadership development and a professor of practice at the Nonprofit Institute. Young is executive director for the Nonprofit Institute.
