Career Readiness Program Strengthens a USD Education

The University of San Diego offers a solid, mission and values-based Liberal Arts education in the Catholic intellectual tradition to students.

Beyond the classroom, though, there’s a complement offered through the USD Career Development Center’s Career Readiness Program to assist undergraduate students with opportunities to enhance their education and provide tools for professional development.

All three undergraduate schools possess a program: The USD School of Business has PASSPORT; College of Arts and Sciences has COMPASS; and the Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering has CONNECT. Any student declaring a major within these schools is required to complete this program by the time they graduate from USD.

Additional information can be found in MySanDiego on the Career Readiness webpage or during the orientation for each respective program. If you have questions please email or call (619) 260-4654.
