This workshop is intended for College of Arts and Sciences Faculty.

Faculty Research Grants are a primary means of supporting such scholarship in the College of Arts and Sciences. During this session, members of the FRG committee and past grant recipients will clarify the research grant process and answer your questions. If you are interested in applying, this session will provide important information, including concrete examples and characteristics of stellar research proposals.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Attendees will learn details about the application process and panelists will offer insight into how the review criteria is applied.
  • Attendees will be better prepared to submit a FRG proposal.

Facilitated by Dr. Karen Teel, Associate Professor of Theology and Religious Studies, Dr. Jillian Tullis, Associate Professor of Communication Studies, and Dr. Ryan McGorty, Assistant Professor in the School of Engineering.

Please note, lunch will be provided.
