Jeff Dietrich is a founding member of the Los Angeles Catholic Worker and has served the community for over 40 years. 

He is  the longtime editor of  The Catholic Agitator, the LACW’s newspaper. His published books include The Good Samaritan: Stories from the Los Angeles Catholic Worker on Skid Row (2014), Broken and Shared: Food Dignity, and the Poor on Los Angeles' Skid Row (2011), and Reluctant Resister (1983).



Patrick Jordan, former managing editor Catholic Worker and former managing editor Commonweal

Patrick Jordan first met Dorothy Day in 1968 at the Catholic Worker house in New York City. He became managing editor of the Catholic Worker and served as managing editor of Commonweal. Jordan was a part of the New York Catholic Worker community for many years, where he also met his wife, Kathleen. His published books include Dorothy Day: Love in Action (2015), and Dorothy Day: Writings from Commonweal (2002).
