Dean's Leadership Fund Impact
Experiential Learning
The Dean’s Leadership Fund supports our student-first approach by funding experiential learning, which encompasses a range of activities including undergraduate research, internships and other creative and academic endeavors. Experiential learning programs promote independence and develops leadership and research skills that are essential to students’ future professional experiences.
Community Engagement
Funds are used to foster welcoming, inclusive and collaborative spaces, that inspire ethical and responsible leaders ready to engage in a diverse and changing world. Through service-learning projects, partnerships with local organizations and campus events that encourage dialogue across differences, students broaden their perspectives, strengthen cultural understanding and gain the skills to address real-world challenges with empathy and integrity.
