Maggie Syme

Instructor

Dr. Syme received her degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas in 2009. She completed her clinical internship and postdoctoral training in the VA system where she focused on aging, neuropsychology, and health psychology and currently is a licensed psychologist. Her research interests include sexual quality of life in older adults and cancer survivors, sexual consent capacity in older adults, and aging LGBT individuals. Dr. Syme is currently a research psychologist working on a fellowship in cancer health disparities.
