David McGrevy

Lecturer

A native of Massachusetts, he graduated from American International College with a BA in Psychology, then earned Master’s degrees in Experimental Psychology/operant conditioning (Kent State U) and Guidance and Counseling (St. Mary’s U, TX) before completing a Ph.D. (Kent State U) in Developmental Psychology (cognitive/information processing). While at the USAF Human Resources Laboratory, he developed selection tests for personnel placement into military jobs. His research interests have included implicit and explicit (long term) memory and more recently the role of a student’s personal epistemology in college level interests and performance. As an adjunct professor he also teaches at other area colleges.
