Use Handshake to post job and internship listings, register for career fairs, manage on-campus recruiting, advertise your events, and message students and alumni who meet your qualifications. You will also be able to promote your brand more effectively by customizing your employer profile, job postings, and events to be more visually appealing to students.
No. We only approve employers who register using a company specific email address.
Yes. As of June 1st, 2016, ToreroLink has been completely replaced by Handshake. ToreroLink system data is no longer available.

With our recent transition to Handshake we’ve received an unexpectedly high volume of employer requests to connect with us.
If you have an urgent need to post a job or internship listing to USD students, please contact us at careers@sandiego.edu. Under normal circumstances it typically takes 3-5 days to process pending employer approval requests.
You must register within Handshake. Use the link sent to you by the Career Development Center to either register for a new Handshake account or login to your existing account. Once logged in, you may register for the event.
