Class Description
Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga includes the practice of yoga postures and breathing exercises. Hatha yoga will be relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold poses longer.

Mini Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a type of meditation which involves paying attention to the present moment, deliberately and nonjudgmentally through the practice of sustaining attention on body, breath or sensations, or whatever arises in each moment.

Pilates Mat Pilates Mat is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders.
Power Yoga

This vigorous, fitness-based type of Vinyasa yoga features an athletic format. It requires focused alignment, emphasizing muscular strength and flexibility linking breath to movement.

Strength & Flexibility


This class combines low impact exercises with functional strength training exercises incorporating body weight, hand held weights and a few select pieces of equipment to keep your body guessing. Class will target legs, core, glutes, abs, arms... EVERYTHING!

Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa Yoga includes movement synchronized with breath and the continuous flow from one posture to the next.
Yoga Yoga is restorative and therapeutic. This will be the most relaxing Yoga class you will ever take.
