Fitness Assessment

Body Composition & Nutritional Consultation

We're excited to launch a new offer for the USD community. You can now register for a Fitness Assessment with nationally certified personal trainer Madel de Jesus. This assessment will include body composition analysis and a nutritional consultation.

Assessing your body composition is an effective way to analyze changes in fat and muscle mass, as Body Mass Index (BMI) and body weight do not differentiate between fat and muscle. In this way, body composition analysis offers a comprehensive breakdown of your health by highlighting fat, protein, minerals and body water.

In our Fitness Assessment, expert Personal Trainer, Madel, will measure body composition and provide general nutritional counseling to expedite desired results. If you'd prefer to learn about other specific aspects of your fitness, such as your strength, balance and/or flexibility, please let Madel know when you request a time to meet with her.
