The health and safety of our patrons and staff remains our priority during our facilities' limited reopening. Please read our policies carefully prior to your visit. Note: Visit the Torero Blueprint website for information on campus temperature screening stations. Temperature screening is required prior to entering any campus facility.
- There will be no walk-in entry, patrons must register for a Recreation Reservation.
- A face covering must be worn at all times while in the facility, except while swimming.
- Social distancing must be practiced throughout the facility at all times.
- Personal water bottles are encouraged. Outside food or drink is not allowed inside the facility.
- You must present staff with your physical or mobile Torero ID and show them your health screening wristband during check-in.
- You will be asked to conclude your workout at the 40-minute mark to leave ample time to collect your things, use the restroom, and leave the facility by the 45-minute mark.
- Locker rooms and showers will be closed.
- Patrons must follow "flow of traffic" arrows located around the facility.
- You can cancel your reservation online up until 2 hours prior. Those who do not show for their reservation are subject to loss of access.
- If a patron does not arrive within the first 10 minutes of their reservation, their spot will be forfeited.
- Possible loss of access and/or report to the Office of Ethical Development and Restorative Practices may be assigned to patrons who:
- Leave the facility after the 45-minute mark
- Do not wear their face covering according to guidelines
- Miss their reservation without prior cancellation notice
- Consistently register for time blocks but do not show
To make a reservation:
- Visit https://campusrecreation.sandiego.edu
- Log in in the top right corner
- Click on "Recreation Reservations"
- Select desired location
- Select desired date and time
- Sign the online waiver
- Ensure you complete the reservation process (you will receive a confirmation email/receipt)
To cancel a reservation, please follow below steps at least two hours prior to your reserved time.
- Visit https://campusrecreation.sandiego.edu
- Log in in the top right corner
- From the home screen, click on your picture or username in the top right corner
- Select “Profile” from the drop down menu
- On the left side menu, select “Programs”
- Look for your reservation and select “Cancel”

Campus Recreation administrators and student staff reserve the right to:
- Deny access to patrons not cooperating with our COVID-19 policies. Student cases will be reported to the Office of Ethical Development and Restorative Practices, and employee cases will be reported to Human Resources.
- Remove registrations based on changing guidelines regarding capacity, health guidelines, County orders, etc.
- Make changes to our policies based on facility usage, health guidelines, County orders, etc.
