As we face a starkly different fall semester than ever before, we invite you to experience the transformative power of gratefulness.  When gratitude is the primary posture in our lives, we are more connected to ourselves, others and God in good and healthy ways. Embracing gratitude can help us discover new depths of courage and compassion, both of which are needed in the current crisis, and will continue to be needed long after we have seen our way through it.

Join a group of USD faculty and staff in a journey to explore how gratefulness can help us navigate these uncertain times.  Receive weekly reflections from USD community members, opportunities for interaction and sharing with other faculty and staff about what spiritual resources and tools are helping guide us through the current moment.
We will address themes such as:
  • Discovering the Seeds and Stories of Gratefulness and Sufficiency
  • Toxic Myths of Scarcity: Counteracting Cultural Conditioning
  • True Abundance and the Great Fullness of Life
  • We Are Always Practicing Something: Turn Towards Trust & Joy
  • Manifesting the World You Long For
  • Taking a Stand for Possibility, One Opportunity at a Time
The group welcomes people of any or no religious background.
