Law and Ethics Minor

Be a leader in business and ethics.

Whether you're entrepreneurial-minded or you're interested in pursuing law school, a minor in law and ethics will give you a great foundation for understanding the legal, ethical and social responsibility of business. (Not a business major? No problem—our law and ethics minor is open to every undergraduate at USD.)

Through case studies and experiential learning, you'll master topics like economics, business law and negotiations. In fact, you'll get to practice the very type of real-life negotiations you'd have with a variety of different cultures. Plus, you'll have access to skill-building electives like Legal Aspects of Real Estate and Global Social Entrepreneurship.
