Law and Ethics Minor

Become a fair and ethical businessperson.

Whether you have an entrepreneurial drive or are interested in attending law school after you graduate, a minor in law and ethics will provide you with a solid foundation for understanding the legal, ethical and social responsibilities of businesses. (Not a business major? No problem—our law and ethics minor is open to every undergraduate student at USD.)

Through case studies and experiential learning opportunities, you will master subjects like economics, business law and negotiations. In fact, you will have the chance to participate in the types of cross-cultural negotiations you would have in the international business world. You will also be able to broaden your skillset through electives like Legal Aspects of Real Estate and Global Social Entrepreneurship.
