Handshake, our online career portal, is a robust resource that includes thousands of internship and job postings as well as access to databases like Career Bridge, Vault, InterviewStream, Relish, GoinGlobal, EFMD Global, and MBA-Exchange.


Career Fairs

Meet face to face with companies interested in hiring current students and recent alumni to explore career opportunities and internships. Fall and spring career fairs are held on campus and attract hundreds of employers. USD also partners with other local universities to host the Hire San Diego Career Fair for graduate business students.


Treks and Company Visits

Visit companies for an inside look at how business gets done. Companies here in San Diego as well as San Francisco, Seattle, and other cities host USD students for visits that may include alumni panels, office tours, and networking opportunities. Mentoring

Access our mentoring programs to meet alumni and industry professionals who can provide advice and share career insights. USD’s virtual mentoring and networking platform, T.E.A.M. (Torero Employer and Alumni Mentors), allows students, alumni, and industry employers to share opportunities, and connections from wherever they are​ in the world​.​
