David Keszei teaches Information Technology Management (ITMG-100) and Strategic Management (MGMT-490, Capstone Course).

Before joining USD, Dave developed multiple departments within the Williams College of Business at Xavier University, as well as holding positions within several Fortune 500 companies. He spent 22 years in the Marine Corps, flying F/A-18 Hornets, accumulating more than 2000 hours of flight time, more than 350 carrier landings and two air medals. Dave is a graduate of the Marine Corps Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course.

His areas of expertise and consulting include leadership development, management development, high performance team training, strategy development and execution, information technology management and integration and executive coaching.

Dave holds an undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University. He received his Executive MBA from Xavier University, Williams College of Business and has three concentrations: Marketing, Management Information Systems and International Business. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Pepperdine University, specializing in Global Leadership and Change Management. His research areas of interest include post-millennials and cross-generational teams, social media, leadership development and organizational change.
