Richard Clarke serves as a clinical professor of Management and Operations at the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business. His research primarily centers on operational sustainability, multicultural leadership, and inclusive organizational development strategies. Currently pursuing a PhD, his research focuses on the advancement of quantitative methods utilizing unsupervised machine learning and clustering algorithms to predict effective leaders within organizations. In his instructional capacity, Richard imparts knowledge across a range of graduate and undergraduate courses, with an emphasis on change management, multicultural and global business development, workplace diversity, and operational effectiveness. A proficient mixed-methodologist, he is adept in integrating qualitative and quantitative methods to formulate effective strategies in the constantly evolving global economy.

Bringing over a decade of consulting experience spanning various industries and business sizes, Richard enriches classroom instruction with practical insights. Maintaining an active consultancy with clients in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico, Professor Clarke is committed to an applied skills development strategy, combining theoretical frameworks with practical applications to enhance students' workplace competitiveness.
