Janice Thompson currently serves as the director of Measurement, Feedback and Succession Planning at Sutter Health University. She was previously senior manager of Performance Leadership at Raley's responsible for creating and implementing the Leading Edge Process, a leadership development and succession planning system targeting the company's high potential managers. Prior to joining Raley's, Thompson was a senior consultant and client relationship executive with The Ken Blanchard Companies. She consulted with a wide range of clients including Wells Fargo Bank, Agilent Technologies, Hewlett Packard, Kaiser Permanente, Oracle, SAIC and the U.S. Postal Service. She is certified to administer and provide coaching for the Lominger Leadership Architect 360 Voices and Choices Architect Talent Management Tools and the Center for Creative Leadership's 360 Benchmarks and Skillscope assessments.
