Rachel graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sustainability. Born and raised in La Jolla, California, she currently works at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, where she focuses on 1031 Exchange strategy. Through the MSRE program, Rachel aims to deepen her expertise in real estate finance, capital markets, and valuation, particularly in structuring complex, sustainability-focused deals that support long-term community growth. She is especially interested in asset management and development. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys surfing, taking workout classes, and spending time outdoors.
