Alan is a civil engineering graduate from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico. Originally from Mexicali, he brings hands-on experience in residential development and construction project coordination. Passionate about creating vibrant, functional spaces, Alan joins the MSRE program to deepen his expertise in real estate finance and development. He is particularly interested in mixed-use and urban revitalization projects that positively impact communities. Outside the classroom, Alan is a sports enthusiast and avid traveler who enjoys discovering new places.
