As the spring semester begins, we are re-opening applications for our co-mentorship should anyone like to join.
By co-mentorship, we're queering the traditional hierarchy of mentor-mentee and creating a community of mutual support. We'll come together biweekly to explore themes around leadership, identity, and culture. As a participant, you'll play an active role in identifying and sharing the content we explore. With each session, we'll have time for large group processing and then co-mentoring triads/dyads.
