Want to receive your reimbursement faster? We encourage you to sign up for direct deposit. To sign up, fill out a direct deposit form and email it to ap@sandiego.edu. *Please note that you'll still need to fill out the additional requested paperwork below.

Associated Student Government Get Involved Fund

Are you limited in your involvement due to affordability? Learn more here and apply to recieve individual involvement funding for university-sponsored activities.

The student applying does not need to be an active member of an organization, unlike for ASGBC.

Associated Student Government Budget Committee (ASGBC) Only

Received money from ASGBC and need to access your funds? Complete the online ASGBC Paperwork (vendor payments, reimbursements, journal entries, etc.)

Please submit all backup documentation in SLP 308.

ASG Academic Grants Only

Received an ASG Academic Grant and need to access your funds? Complete an ASG Grant Form.

Please submit all backup documentation in SLP 308.

Associated Student Government/Torero Program Board Only

Work on ASG or TPB and need to access your funds? Complete an ASG/TPB Payment Paperwork.

Please submit all backup documentation in SLP 308.

Performance Contract

Would you like to bring a performer/artist/lecturer to campus? Complete a Performance Agreement and a W9 Form.

*W9 form is only needed if a payment will be issued.

Credit Card

While campus is operating remotely, you can request that our Involvement Consultants make a credit purchase on your organization's behalf by filling out a credit card request form. Please submit the form at least 72 hours in advance.
