Chief Justice

Eniya Pendleton (she/her/hers)

Year: Senior

Why did you join ASG?

Back in Spring 2019 I had quite a few friends on Senate, so I would always pop into the meetings. Eventually this became a weekly occurrence — me going to meetings — and I found that I really enjoyed being there and seeing all the work being done. So, in Fall 2019, I became a Senator so that I could officially be part of the team and start making that change myself. As a Senator, I found that I had a lot of interest in bylaws and whatnot — basically all the behind the scenes stuff — so in Spring 2020, I switched branches to our new Judicial Branch, and have been here ever since.

Parliamentarian

Sarah Babar (she/her/hers)

Year: Junior

Why did you join ASG?

I joined ASG because leadership has always been an important role in my life and I felt like I was missing it when I first came to college. While working at the Commons, I met some amazing people that were in ASG and I was inspired to apply. At that point, I wanted to get more involved on campus and make new connections and so I went for it - and it was the best decision I've made at USD. I love being in ASG now and the people here are phenomenal.

Associate Justices

Ashley Raines (she/her)

Year: Senior

Why did you join ASG?

I joined ASG because I wanted to get more involved on campus. I knew that I could make a positive impact with this organization and I wanted to learn more about what's going on at USD. I wanted to join the Judicial Branch because I want to pursue a career in law, and this seemed like a great fit for me.

Rachel Kahn (she/her/hers)

Year: Sophomore

Why did you join ASG?

I joined ASG because I wanted an opportunity to expand my involvement on campus and be an active participant in the USD community. I wanted to play a role in helping to make the experiences of other students the best they can be. I also wanted an opportunity to expand my leadership skills which ASG has provided me!

Reijer den Dulk (he/him/his)

Year: Senior

Why did you join ASG?

I joined ASG to be a leader on campus and help others develop their leadership abilities as well. I have enjoyed being a student leader at USD since Freshmen year in ASG and in the Changemaker Hub and I wanted to finish out my Senior year apart of the team! I look forward to supporting the undergraduate students of USD this year!
