Sara Beardshear

My name is Sara Beardshear and I am a sophomore here at the University of San Diego. I am originally from Palm Springs, CA but moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2006. I plan to major in Behavioral Neuroscience, and I have no idea what my minor will be. With my major, my hope is to become a Physical Therapist or a Physician Assistant. I decided to get involved with the Women’s Center because I came to a discussion on the topic of Sexual Violence in the Media, and I knew I wanted to learn more about women’s issues and become an instrumental part of trying to face these issues.
