LGBTIQQ Rainbow Wellness
This wellness group is open for all self-identified LGBTIQQ students to create a space to explore in-depth, the unique stressors that impact the emotional well-being, academic functioning, and the experience of being LGBTIQQ at USD. Members will meet with group facilitators to identify individual goals to accomplish in the group.
LGBTQQ & Allies Discussion Group co-sponsored by PRIDE
Come together for an informal discussion made up of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning and LGBTQQ ally students.
- Share your concerns with other students and create community
- Have a chance to exchange ideas, experiences, and opinions with others
- Connect with other LGBTQQ/Ally students
- You don't have to attend every week and can come as often as you'd like
This support group focuses on exploring issues of racial, ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic difference on campus and how it affects our students. If you identify as a woman with a diverse background, this group may be a way for you to connect with others who may have similar experiences and feelings.
Guy Talk: A Group for Men
This group is for folks who identify as men looking to work on skills related to emotional intelligence, stress management, and healthy relationships. The meetings will build on our strengths and virtues while allowing us to explore areas we want to improve. We will use readings, movies, and music to explore issues important to guys at USD in a confidential environment.
