Use these online tools to help you assess your wellness:


Alcohol Screening

The alcoholscreening.org interactive web survey allows you to enter information about your drinking patterns, demographic information, and receive personalized feedback. Your responses are calculated, your results are compared to national and local college norms and your risk factors are explained.

The assessment takes about 5 minutes to complete and completing the survey will help increase your personal awareness. If you have concerns about your use and would like to discuss them with someone, please contact the Center for Health & Wellness Promotion.


ACS

The American Cancer Society offers quizzes to learn about sun safety, quitting smoking, and nutrition and physical activity.


American Heart Association

Take the American Heart Association Heart Attack Risk Assessment to help you assess your risk of having a heart attack or dying from coronary heart disease.


Kognito: At-Risk

At-Risk is a 30-45 minute, online, interactive gatekeeper training program to learn the common signs of psychological distress and how best to approach an at-risk student for referral to the counseling center.


Dairy Council of CA

Determine your risk for osteoporosis and see how making lifestyle changes will lower your individual risk. See if you are getting enough calcium to optimize your bone health.


Sleep

Take the Sleep IQ Test to test your knowledge about sleep.


ULifeline Self-Evaluator 

Learn more here about how to check yourself, from getting a mental health screening to visiting a counseling center. You can use the anonymous Self Evaluator to learn if a treatable mental health problem could be affecting you or a friend. Be proactive about your mental health: it’s the first step to feeling better.


USDA

The U.S. Department of Agriculture contains links to many websites that allow consumers and professionals to input information and receive individual feedback to help with dietary assessment and planning, checking personal health risks, testing knowledge, and evaluating needs.

MySuper Tracker is an online dietary and physical activity assessment tool that provides information on your diet quality, physical activity status, related nutrition messages, and links to nutrient and physical activity information


Disease Risk

You can assess your risk for cancer, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis and stroke and see how making lifestyle changes will lower your individual risk.
