Assess Your Wellness

Use these online tools to help you assess your wellness:

Alcohol Screening

The alcoholscreening.org interactive web survey allows you to enter information about your drinking patterns, demographic information, and receive personalized feedback. Your responses are calculated, your results are compared to national and local college norms and your risk factors are explained.

The assessment takes about 5 minutes to complete and completing the survey will help increase your personal awareness. If you have concerns about your use and would like to discuss them with someone, please contact the Center for Health & Wellness Promotion.
