USDtv was founded by a group of highly motivated students in 1997. In the twelve years since USDtv’s inception, we have brought the USD community relevant news and entertainment with our original programming. In addition, we offer newly released movies and classics alike on our campus cable channel for resident students, faculty, and staff to enjoy.

USDtv continues to grow into a robust student media outlet, offering a number of student-produced original shows each semester, in addition to our longest-running program, USD News. We work with a staff of about thirty students to keep the channel humming along.

There are plenty of opportunities to get involved, and we accept new members on a rolling basis, so don’t worry if it’s already midterm and you still want to join. Thanks for checking us out!
