Professor William H. Lawrence came to USD in 1994 from the University
of Kansas, where he was the Robert W. Wagstaff Professor of Law.
Nationally recognized for his work in commercial law and solar energy
law, he is the author of ten books and 40 law review articles.
His books include two treatises for practitioners, which he updates
annually, and three student texts in the area of commercial law.
