Carl A. Auerbach

Professor Auerbach taught for more than 30 years at the
Universities of Wisconsin and Minnesota before coming to USD
in 1985. An eminent scholar in the fields of administrative law
and constitutional law, Professor Auerbach was the 1994 recipient
of the prestigious American Bar Foundation Award for outstanding
research in law and government. Among his publications is
"The Relation of Legal Systems to Social Change," Wisconsin Law
Review. He is a member of both the American Law Institute and
the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. |
