Ann Harris
Adjunct Professor of Law
Ann Harris received her J.D. in 1980 from the University of San Diego School of Law and her LL.M. in 1981 from Boston University. She was an instructor of Federal Income Taxation and Federal Estate and Gift Taxation for the American College CLU class from 1985 to 1990; and an instructor of Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates, and Federal Estate and Gift Taxation for the Golden Gate University School of Law LL.M. Program from 1987 to 1992. She authored Stock Option Plans After Tax Reform; two chapters for CEB's Drafting Irrevocable Trust (summaries of fiduciary income taxation and estate and gift taxation); and two chapters for CEB's Bancroft-Whitney California Transactions Forms Estate Planning (planning for business owners and charitable trusts). She has also written and researched various articles for the American Bar Association, including "Real Property," "Probate" and "Trust Journal on Disability Planning." |
