Professor Joseph J. Darby teaches and writes in the areas of comparative and international law. On occasion, he also offers a special course, Introduction to U.S. Law, designed for foreign lawyers enrolled in our LL.M. in Comparative Law program. He is the author of numerous articles on various topics in international and comparative law. Darby has lectured by invitation at universities in Austria, Belgium, China, France, Germany, Poland, Russia and South Africa.
