Adjunct Professor of Law
Professor Margaret A. Dalton, Esq. is the administrative director for USD Legal Clinics, the supervising attorney for the Special Education Clinic and an instructor at USD's Graduate School of Education. She has also held other positions at the School of Law, including supervising attorney for the Patient Advocacy Program, project director for the Information Clearinghouse on Children at the Children's Advocacy Institute, adjunct professor for the Child Advocacy Clinic and editor for the Children's Regulatory Law Reporter (1997-1999). She has been a consultant for the California Judicial Council's Committee on Access and Fairness, the National Association of Child Advocates, and California 's Office of Women's Health. Dalton authored "Today's Teenagers: A Special Report," Encyclopedia Americana, 2000 Yearbook and "Education Rights and the Special Needs Child," Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Clinics of North America . |
