Donna Crosby
Adjunct Professor of Law
Donna Crosby received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and her J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law. She currently serves as an attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in the Large and Mid-Size Business Division where she primarily handles large shelter litigation cases. She also spent over three years as a trial attorney in the Small Business/Self-Employed division of the Office of Chief Counsel. Prior to joining the Office of Chief Counsel, Crosby was an attorney-advisor for the United States Tax Court and a senior associate of a tax audit group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. |
