Rob Brainin
Adjunct Professor of Law
Rob Brainin currently leads the Global Sales Operations group for Invitrogen Corporation, where he negotiates with customers, distributor partners and service providers on a regular basis. He holds a J.D. from Harvard University, where he served as a teaching assistant for the Harvard Negotiation Project’s Program on Instruction for Lawyers and as the training leader for the Harvard Mediation Program. After graduating from law school, he clerked for Justice Ruth Abrams of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. He has also worked at McKinsey & Co, Inc. and Gateway computers, where he fulfilled a series of operations roles including his last role there leading the Software business.
