Visiting Professor of Law
Michael Antin graduated from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1960 with a degree in accounting. He then earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law in 1963.
Antin is a member of the American Bar Association section of taxation; probate, trust and real property; and business law. Published works include: “Will the Vanishing Martian Trust Survive,” Trusts and Estates, 1972; “Relating Your Retirement Plan Benefits to Your Estate Plan” and “Health Reimbursement Plans,” Beverly Hills Bar Bulletin; “The Horrors of the Individual Trustee of a Retirement Plan,” Pension and Welfare News; “How to Handle Break-up of Professional Corporation,” Taxation for Accountants, 1979; and How to Operate Your Trust or Probate, Layman Publishing Company, 1983.
Antin also serves a distinguished lecturer throughout the country speaking on topics related to taxation, probate, trust and real property.
