Last day to cancel for full refund is Monday, August 18, 2008. Registrants may receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee, if the cancellation request is received one week prior to the event (Thursday, September 11). Due to financial obligations incurred, refunds are not available for cancellation requests within one week of the event.
