Center for the Study of Constitutional Originalism
The mission of the University of San Diego School of Law’s Center for the Study of Constitutional Originalism will be to further understanding of:
- arguments on behalf of originalism as a general method of constitutional interpretation,
- the variety of specific originalist methods,
- the kinds of evidence relevant to originalist interpretations of the Constitution, and

- Offer seminars and lectures relating the originalist project for interested students at the law school.
- Maintain a Web site describing upcoming events and providing resources for those interested in originalist scholarship and debate.

- Serve as a resource for the members of the bench and bar and law students interested in originalism and its findings.
