Patrick Martin, Esq. is the partner in charge of the Tax Team at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP. He received his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and also studied international law at the celebrated Mexican law school, La Escuala Libre de Derecho in Mexico City. He is a licensed attorney in both California and Washington, D.C.

Enrique Hernández-Pulido, Esq. received his law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana and his joint LL.M./IPT degree in international taxation and tax policy from Harvard Law School. He is a licensed attorney in California and Mexico.

Martin and Hernández-Pulido practice in the area of international tax planning and related tax matters. There presentation will focus on the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act (FIRPTA) and out-bound Mexican real estate tax issues.
