If you are interested in becoming an Upward Bound Participant, you must be:

• a current freshman, sophomore or junior at Kearny High Educational Complex  
• Your family must meet certain government income guidelines

AND/OR

• You must be the first person in your family to pursue a college degree in the U.S. 

Note: There is no minimum GPA when you first apply.
