Mission:
The University of San Diego TRiO Upward Bound program has established a TRiO Association “TRiO Helping TRiO”, for participating Kearny High Educational Complex graduates who enrolled in college and TRiO students enrolled in the University of San Diego. The TRiO Association was created to assist TRiO Upward Bound students on their path to academic achievement and establish a representation of low-income and first generation students at the college level. The TRiO Association also aims to strengthen our community, family, and peer networks to create opportunities for all TRiO students and continue to support TRiO alumni with the completion of a Postsecondary Degree.
