Why can’t I see my classes?

Find classes moved to new system

The find classes and class schedule/roster pages have been replaced by the new class schedule system. From Fall 2008 on, all new semesters will appear in the My.SanDiego portal. The old pages will be removed during the Fall 2008 semester.

Why can’t I see my classes?

If you are having problems seeing your classes, rosters, or grades, first, check the following:

  1. If you just signed up for your MySanDiego account, it may take several hours for this page to see it.
  2. If you have both a student and employee USD ID, usually you need to sign up for an account with your student ID in order to see your schedule and grades. The opposite is true for course rosters: if you have multiple accounts, you will need to use your faculty account to see your course roster.
  3. If you are faculty (except Law faculty) and need to see your roster, your last name with HR must match your last name as listed in the course catalog and you must be listed as a faculty member or administrative-level employee. If your last name is in any way different, or if you are listed as staff, you will not be able to see your course roster. You will either need to correct your last name either at HR or with your department, or you can request to your department that they list your USD ID in the course data that they send us.
