2014 Poster Printing sign-up is now closed. All slots for the week of April 7th have been filled. If you miss your print time or did not sign up, we recommend printing your poster at an off-campus location such as Kinko's. Please follow the poster design guide. Typically, the cost is around $100 and the Office of Undergraduate Research cannot pay for posters printed off-campus.

Many disciplines use posters to convey research results. Designing an effective poster is an invaluable skill. Participants who will be presenting posters at the Undergraduate Research Conference may want to take advantage of the resources that USD offers.

USD Instructional Media Services (IMS) offers Poster Design Workshops designed for students presenting at USD's Undergraduate Research Conference. The workshop covers using PowerPoint to create your poster, tips and instructions for designing with grids, and inserting text and images to create an eye-catching poster.
