La Gran Terraza, USD's fine dining experience, features California cuisine with a Mediterranean flair. With seasonal menu selections, our chefs deliver taste and quality by using local produce and delicious recipes that delight the palate. Coupled with breathtaking views, La Gran Terraza offers a unique ambience with both indoor and outdoor dining options.
Dine in The Grand Dining Room and experience an elegant atmosphere. Dine alfresco on The Terrace and partake in tapas, craft beer or choose from our extensive wine list. O'Toole's offers the perfect social setting where one can lounge while enjoying good food and scintillating conversation.

Pavilion Dining is home to an array of unique dining concepts that fuse distinct ingredients and flavors to create delicious menus in an inviting environment. Menus were developed in partnership with the Culinary Institue of America at Greystone. Gluten-Free Items are available.

Wood-fired pizza, piadine and Itallian casseroles. Heirloom Cucina is open late and offers pizza delivery.
