USD’s Student Learning & Development Transcript
PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT an academic transcript. If you would like to request an academic transcript, please contact the One Stop Student Center at (619) 260-2700, visit their office in University Center Room 125, or browse to http://www.sandiego.edu/registrar/ to download an Official Transcript Request Form.
What is the Transcript?
USD is a national innovator with its unique web based Transcript system that is highly student and employer friendly. Similar to an academic transcript, the Student Learning & Development Transcript captures your overall college experience — internships, athletics, student clubs and organizations, community service, part-time employment, leadership, etc. Now part of the "National Coalition for Electronic Portfolio Research," USD joins an elite group of universities doing cutting edge work in both implementation and research of electronic portfolios.
The Transcript will be extremely helpful to you in:
- preparing your résumé
- identifying job skills and experience
- supplementing graduate school and scholarship applications
- accompanying employment applications
- making more informed choices about maximizing your time outside of class
- getting more than just an academic transcript to document your college years
Where Do I Start?
Click on the “Access Your Transcript (Add, Edit, Print)” link above to begin. This will take you to all the transcript features for adding entries, editing, and printing your transcript.
Notice for Alumni and Visitors: If you do not have an active USD username and password, please contact the Office of Student Learning Initatives (619-260-5995) for a guest account. Alumni who have already created transcripts -- All your transcript entries remain in the system and can be accessed with a guest account.
