Vice Chair of Main Events

My name is Emily Prest and I am your TPB Vice Chair of Main Events! I am a Senior, originally from Palm Desert, CA with a double major in Business Administration and Theology & Religious Studies. As Vice Chair of Main Events, I oversee your Concerts Coordinator, Torero Spirit and Traditions Coordinator, and After Dark Coordinator. These 3 coordinators put on TPB signature events like Glowfest, sports tailgates, Homecoming Spirit Week and Concert, as well as midnight movie premiers and the Ole Musical Festival. My top goal for this position is to serve the students by providing fun, interesting, and creative events that all Toreros can enjoy. I want to share my passion for programming with all of you by delivering unforgettable events with great music, great spirit, and great nights that promote Torero Pride! Outside of the office, you can find me working with Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity, giving tours to prospective USD students and families, working with University Ministry, or watching Friends with my roommates. I highly encourage all of you to visit TPB in the Student Leadership and Involvement Center and give us some feedback on our events and some ideas for events you would like to see on campus. GO BLUE!
