Finals Resources

With finals approaching, Torero Life wanted to share some common but helpful study tips brought to you by the Center for Health and Wellness Promotion.

  • Be sure to get enough rest. The Center for Health and Wellness Promotion recommends 7-8 hours of sleep a night.
  • Pulling all nighters is not a good idea. It affects your alertness and short-term memory!
  • Eating healthy foods like fruits and vegetables helps improve your focus and reduce stress.
  • Getting regular exercise during high-stress times helps give you more energy and makes you feel better by releasing natural endorphins!
